Jeff began his career as a commercial pilot flying regional and corporate routes, where he developed extensive experience in single- and multi-crew operations. He transitioned into flight instruction early on, training pilots on both light and midsize jets. Prior to joining the company, he served as Lead Flight Instructor at a major business aviation operator, creating advanced training programs, recurrent proficiency drills, and scenario-based instruction for pilots preparing for type ratings and high-pressure operations.
His career has also included work with flight operations teams to standardize procedures, implement safety protocols, and ensure regulatory compliance across all training programs.
Jeff holds a Commercial Pilot License and has logged over 2,400 flight hours across aircraft such as the Citation XLS, Phenom 300, and Gulfstream G280. His extensive in-flight experience, combined with his training expertise, allows him to provide pilots with practical, real-world knowledge and confidence under a variety of operational conditions.
Jeff emphasizes hands-on learning, scenario-based instruction, and thorough debriefing to ensure pilots develop technical proficiency and sound decision-making skills. He is dedicated to safety, continuous improvement, and mentoring the next generation of skilled aviation professionals.
Outside of aviation, Jeff enjoys long-distance flying, simulator challenges, and mentoring aspiring pilots. He is passionate about building both skill and confidence in the cockpit, ensuring pilots are prepared for every mission.
