Olivia began her career as a commercial pilot, flying regional and business jets, before moving into flight instruction. She has held positions as a Senior Flight Instructor and Lead Training Coordinator, developing advanced training curricula, emergency procedure programs, and type-specific courses for pilots at all experience levels.
Her leadership has been instrumental in implementing simulator-based programs, recurrent proficiency training, and standardized flight procedures, contributing to improved safety performance and operational excellence across every department she oversees.
Olivia holds a Commercial Pilot License and has logged over 2,600 flight hours on light, midsize, and business jets, including the Citation XLS, Phenom 300, Gulfstream G280, and Learjet 75. Her extensive flight experience allows her to provide pilots with real-world insight, practical techniques, and scenario-based training that prepares them for challenging operations.
Olivia specializes in advanced flight instruction, emergency response training, simulator-based programs, and crew resource management.
