What happens after I get in touch?

Someone from Private Client Group responds within one business day. The first conversation is short and mostly diagnostic: how much you currently fly, how you fly today, and whether an aviation office would actually change anything. If it wouldn't, we'll say so.

What should I have ready?

Nothing formal. It helps if you know roughly what you spent on private aviation last year and how you currently arrange it, whether that's charter trip by trip, a jet card, a fractional share, or a mix. The most useful thing you can bring is your last three to five flights and what you paid for them.

Can I request a quote for a single trip?

No. FlyJBL doesn't operate a booking desk and there's no transactional charter arm. Every relationship runs through Private Client Group, because the value comes from continuity rather than from any one trip. If you need a one-off charter, there are brokers who compete for that work.

Who will I be speaking with?

Depending on the enquiry, Bobby Harris, the founder, or someone from Private Client Group. Questions about operator standards, aircraft suitability, or safety go to John Leary, an Airline Transport Pilot with more than 12,000 hours who oversees all vetting.

I'm an advisor, not a prospective client. Where do I start?

Same place. Mention that you're introducing on behalf of a client and you'll be routed to the partner conversation rather than the client one. The structure is designed to keep your firm outside the transaction: the client pays FlyJBL directly, your firm takes no client funds and holds no aviation liability.
